You are fet up with the transfer rate like :

Step 1 :- Firstly scan the Flash Drive.

 

Step 2 :- Format the Drive at Allocation unit       

 size 32kilobytes and above.

Step 3 :- Now copy any Data or File from your PC to the Flash Drive.

Now you see some changes on speed of Flash Drive like :
